Our cleaning is provided by Signature Concierge Housekeeping who always provide an excellent standard of cleanliness throughout our cottage. Below is information from them concerning standards you can expect and what to do if there are any issues.
Please be assured that before your arrival the property has been cleaned to a high standard. All housekeepers are required to take comprehensive photographs and report back to the company. Any issues relating to cleanliness MUST be reported within 24 hours of arrival with photographic evidence and we will endeavour to resolve any issues immediately.
On departure it would be helpful if you could strip all of the used duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases from the beds (please leave any mattress and pillow protectors on the beds) place into the BLUE IKEA bags provided, alongside with the towels, bathmats and tea towels.
The linen will remain in the bags for transportation to the laundry.
Also please empty all bins in the property and place them in the external black waste bin (labelled '8'). Remove all your belongings from the property including any unused food. Please Wash all used kitchen crockery, utensils, pots and pans.
Please do not use the woodburner on the last day (this is to allow it to be cool enough for the cleaners to clean it for our next guests).
Any property left behind may take a while to be returned and will incur a £20 admin fee plus postage and packaging costs.
