House Rules
Introduction
We want all our guests to enjoy themselves on holiday, please treat our home as you would your own. Please use common sense whilst staying in our home, if you are unsure contact our helpful property managers.
Do’s
- Please do relax and enjoy yourselves, treat our house as if it were your own
- Please ensure all dishes and pans are clean (or in the running dishwasher) on departure
- Please be respectful of our lovely neighbours and be mindful of noise between 11pm and 8 am.
- Please do report any accidental damages or breakages in a timely manner, especially before checkout.
- Please ensure when you leave you lock the door, close the windows and leave the key in the keysafe
Dont’s
- Please don’t smoke inside, if smoking outside please ensure you dispose of the butts in the bin
- Please don’t light the woodburner prior to check out (@10AM) otherwise it doesn’t cool down enough to be cleaned for our next guests
- Please don’t access the loft
- Please don’t turn off the WiFi (the hive heating is connected to it)
- The boiler cupboard is locked, please do not try to access
- Please don’t use any candles or tea-lights, they are a fire risk. We provide battery operated candles (found in the bathroom) and tea lights (found in the dresser in the living room)
- Please don't have any large gatherings or parties
